Tip onto a chopping board, leave to cool, then roughly chop half the hazelnuts and finely chop the remainder. Set aside.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlace the butter, sugar and chocolate in a pan and melt very slowly over a low heat, stirring until smooth and combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the cocoa powder. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool and thicken slightly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePrepare a 900g loaf tin by greasing, and lining with baking paper.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMeanwhile, make the dough.
