Enjoy this quintessentially British Martini with a twist. Our Traditional English Breakfast tea works fabulously alongside the gin and punchy citrus fruit.
For the tea-infused gin:
For each cocktail:
Add the gin and Dragonfly Organic Traditional English teabags to a jar. Cover and let steep for 3-4 hours and remove the teabags.
For each cocktail, add the lemon juice and marmalade to a cocktail shaker. Fill halfway with ice and shake vigorously. Add the tea-infused gin and stir well.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice or wedge of orange.
