Authentic Darjeeling black teas, known as the champagne of teas, have a great aromatic quality and delicacy. Grown in one of the region’s most celebrated tea gardens close to the Nepalese border at an altitude of 1000-2000 metres, this second flush tea is only harvested in May and June during the hot season that precedes the monsoon. The tea is golden in colour and has hints of muscatel and wildflower honey.

Allow freshly boiled water to cool for 1-2mins. Preheat teapot and add 2-3g of tea per person. Infuse for 3-4mins
