Enjoy a warming turmeric and ginger porridge bowl, made with fluffy oats and freshly grated ginger. Enjoy it with a cup of our Lively Lemon & Ginger.
To serve (optional): Coconut yogurt & coconut flakes.
Combine turmeric and 3 cups water in a bowl and stand for 10 minutes to infuse.
Once infused, place all the ingredients into a wide saucepan over a medium heat and cook, stirring regularly, for 8 minutes or until thick and creamy.
Divide porridge between serving bowls and top with coconut yoghurt, coconut flakes and dust with extra cinnamon. Best enjoyed with a cup of Dragonfly Lively Lemon & Ginger.
