Dragonfly Tea infused sugar

Try something different and zhuzh up your bakes with our tea-infused sugars. Why not add a spoonful to your pancake batter or use it to sweeten your next crumble topping?

Serves: 6+
Ingredients
  • 20 part sugar of your choice (caster, icing or brown sugar all work well and will make slightly different types of infused sugar)
  • 1 part Dragonfly Tea of your choice, Three Mint Medley and Cape Malay Chai work well (from the teabag)
    Method

    Cut open your desired number of Dragonfly teabags to access the tea leaves inside. 

    Blend tea in a blender until it becomes a fine powder (30 seconds-1 minute). 

    Mix with 20 parts sugar until well combined and keep in an airtight container. Use within the best before date on the tea.
