Our Swirling Mist iced tea is a great choice with this cold Summer Salad, making it the perfect pairing for a warm summer day.

Place the teabags in a heatproof jug. Pour in 1 litre (4 cups) boiling water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove teabags and add honey to taste, if desired. Stir to combine and place in the fridge to chill.
Add the lemon wedges and mint sprigs to the jug. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes to infuse, then serve in glasses with extra lemon wedges and mint.
For the salad
Toss together the rocket, salad leaves, peach and cucumber slices. Top with walnuts, crumbled feta and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
Drizzle over the olive oil and toss again.
Serve with a glass of iced tea and enjoy!
