A tea twist on the British summer classic, made with Golden Himalaya tea, a soft elegant Darjeeling. Best enjoyed whilst sat in the garden in the sun!
Put the Dragonfly Golden Himalayan teabags and half the mint into a large jug, then pour over the freshly boiled water.
Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then remove the teabags and stir in the sugar.
Once cool remove the mint.
Add the orange juice, lemon juice and Pimm’s. Then leave to chill.
Once completely cool, serve with plenty of ice, slices of orange, lemon, strawberries and remaining mint.
