Moroccan Mint Fizz

Delight guests or simply treat yourself with this reviving green tea and mint mocktail, perfect for parties any time of year.

Ingredients

1 Dragonfly Organic Moroccan Mint teabag
1–2 tsp agave nectar (to taste)
Juice of ½ lime
2 ribbons of cucumber (run a potato peeler along the length)
Ice
100ml chilled tonic water
A sprig of fresh mint, to garnish

Method

Infuse the Dragonfly Organic Moroccan Mint teabag for 2 minutes in 100ml of freshly boiled water that’s been left to cool a little.

Remove the teabag and stir in agave nectar. Then leave to cool for 20 minutes.

Once cooled add the lime juice and refrigerate to chill fully.

Prepare the cucumber ribbons and once ready to serve, press cucumber slices around the inside of a tumbler and fill with ice.

Pour over the tea mixture and top up with tonic water and fresh mint to garnish.
