This refreshing gin, cucumber and mint cocktail is the perfect way to to enjoy a balmy evening. We made ours with CleanGin.
Prep time: 10 minutes
In a blender, mix the chilled Moroccan Mint tea, mint leaves and maple syrup until the mint leaves are pureed completely.
Line the inside wall of two tumblers with the cucumber slices.
Squeeze one lime into the bottom of each glass (you can add another drizzle of maple syrup here if you like it extra sweet).
Add ice and pour in CleanGin, tonic water and top with the mint tea mixture.
Garnish with extra mint leaves and enjoy!
