This refreshing gin, cucumber and mint cocktail made using our Moroccan Mint tea, is a perfect drink to have with friends in the garden or at a picnic.
In a blender, mix the chilled Moroccan Mint tea, mint leaves and maple syrup until the mint leaves are pureed completely.
Line the inside wall of two tumblers with the cucumber slices.
Squeeze one lime into the bottom of each glass (you can add another drizzle of maple syrup here if you like it extra sweet).
Add ice and pour in CleanGin, tonic water and top with the mint tea mixture.
Garnish with extra mint leaves and enjoy!
