These fluffy chai spiced pancakes make for the perfect pairing with our warming Organic Indian Spice Chai Tea. Inspired by the best chai drinks we have tasted over the years, this is a delicious way to start Pancake Day or every day for that matter!

Serves: 12 (pancakes)
Combine all of the dry pancake ingredients in a large mixing bowl – flour, baking powder baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Slowly pour in the Chai Tea, stirring to combine. Mix until well combined into a loose batter.
Heat a pancake griddle or large non-stick pan over high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Spoon pancake batter onto griddle in ¼ cup scoops.
Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Pancakes should be a light, golden brown when they’re done.
Remove pancakes from heat and set aside.
Stack pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup, then top with a fresh fruit of your choice!
