Add the water to a saucepan, bring to the boil and then remove from the heat.
Add the Dragonfly Cape Malay Chai teabags to the water and let steep for about 5 minutes. Then remove and discard the teabags.
Add the honey and vanilla extract to the tea and stir until combined.
Heat and froth the milk using an electric milk frother.
Divide the tea into two mugs. Fill to the top with the milk, and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
